Terms of Recurring Payments
You hereby agree that the SmartKartica platform will automatically charge the subscription fee according to the selected tariff plan at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annually). Payment may be made using a payment card or via an invoice, depending on the chosen payment method.
If paying by payment card, the funds will be automatically debited at the start of each new billing period. You will receive an email notification about each payment deduction.
If recurring payment by invoice is chosen, you agree that at the start of each new billing period an invoice for subscription renewal will be automatically sent to the email address you provided. For users and legal entities in the Republic of Serbia, invoices may also be issued through the electronic billing system eFaktura (SEF), where applicable under current legislation and the payer's status.
You may cancel your subscription at any time in the "Settings" → "Payments" section. Subscription cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period. For inquiries related to payment, subscription renewal, or claims, you may contact: support@smartkartica.rs
